Love Shiva, great dvd. Been doing yoga for a year and a half and still, this was a challenging dvd. I recommend only if you are looking for a challenging workout!

I love this video! Shiva Rae's voice is calming, the scenery is beautiful, and the yoga is moderately intense. The matrix feature is my favorite part of this DVD, because I can control what parts I want to work, the order I want to do it in, and the length of time I want to spend on my daily practice. This would be a very tough DVD for a beginner, but if you have previously taken some classes, or are an intermediate student, this is a wonderful and centering video to incorporate in your practice.

So far this is exactly what I wanted in a home yoga video. Easy to follow and very professional. I really like having the options of different length segments. Very calming and comforting.

I love all the options. Shanti is my favorite sequence, love the music and the flow. I only gave it 4 stars because the instructions are not always inline with what pose she is doing. Definitely recommend it!

I love the ability to customize my workout. There is so much to choose from on this DVD and the matrix allows me to set a workout for 10 minutes to 90 minutes and vary from peaceful and relaxing to challenging. Excellent value for the money and very pleasant style. I would definitely buy another of her DVD's.
